Gint-A-Cuffs take 2: A New Hope

Here is the much talked about, eagerly anticipated second box of Ginter from the Achiever Card Blog. I waited until now to build the tension in the blogosphere. Now that nobody seems to be talking about anything else I figured it was time to unveil the awesomeness.

Unlike some people who got more than 2 boxes and submitted the best 2, I only got 2 boxes and let the fates decide if I was worthy. Well, they have spoken.

I have no doubt that this box will go down in Gint-A-Cuffs lore. The legend of this box will be passed down from generation to generation. Night Owl will happily bounce his grand children and great-grandchildren on his lap as he recounts the tale of this break. Dayf will ignore it completely as he has wiped the horror of the whole Gint-A-Cuffs Affair from his memory. Beardy will shave his whiskers in protest.

Many will call me a liar. Many will refuse to believe. But the evidence is before you. There are the facts, and they are irrefutable.

If you find yourself getting the tinglies in your nethers over the possiblities that lay ahead, know that you are not alone. I will unleash the Gints over the next 2 glorious days. They may be the best of your lives.

Starting off the first pack in the box with a Bazooka Back and 31 points WITHOUT A HIT should give you a good preview. Even if it is Vernon Wells, who is locked in a battle to the death With Barry Zito for the title of "worst MLB contract", it still counts. Of course it would have counted more if it was Sizemore, but still...31 points.

Nacho Man in second place is but an afterthought.

Scared yet Beardy?

You will be. Oh...You will be.

I guess I ought to take my Nachos and bow down to the power that is your box. I busted 4 boxes of Ginter and didn't get a single no number or bazooka back card...I could have used one of those to take down the bearded one.

best of luck to you broseph. Just like the last box break we did, you've got to send me any/all Orioles hits you pull.

It's in the rules. Oh, it's not? Well I make the rules, so it is now.

Count me among those who are getting "tinglies in my nethers." It was a brilliant move to save this until after all the hoopla had died down; I'm no longer numb to Gint-A-Cuffs boxes.

Oh, and good luck. Hopefully you'll pull an uber-awesome Alex Gordon so I can trade for it.

I am so ready for more Gint-a-Cuffs. I thought I was over it. But I'm not over it. Please take me back, Ginty. Please! Please! I'll be good this time. I promise. I'll be ...

Sorry. Flashback.
