I'm officially announcing my semi, sorta retirement from blogging. Actually it might be more accurate to say from not blogging, as the case has been recently. I just don't have the time. I can't blog from work. When I get home I have other stuff I have to do and other stuff I want to do.
I'll still be around checking out all of your blogs and leaving comments on occasion. I might stop back in here occasionally to make a post about my usual nonsense. I just don't want it hanging over my head. Believe it or not, I've been feeling guilty about not posting here. I'm hoping this announcement will kind of "free me up" from worrying about it, so to speak.
Well, that does 'er.
See you fellas (and ladies) around.
I'm sure I'll be back, just don't know when.
Now, I'm off to the park with the kid. Far out, man.
PS - No, I'm not giving up my spot in Joe Collector's breaks. Sorry. Too much cool stuff.

Sorry to hear it. I know the feeling though. I've only been at blogging for a couple months but it's hard to finf the time with a wife and kids. Hope to have you back soon. Enjoy the time with the family. They are the most important things in life.

In yor new semi-retirement may I suggest that you start a Bloggerhood Watch program (to keep the kids off my lawn), and as a personal favor to me, record Matlock.
Are you moving the blog to Florida?
On the bright side, you'll be done with dinner by 4pm; you'll be better able to keep up with Grady on your Amigo medical scooter; and you can play bridge every day!

You'd rather play with your kid than blog!? What has this world come to...I can respect that and would make the same choice if I wasn't able to carve out some blogging time on the job. I hope to see something now and then...a little Mother is better than no Mother at all.
